Why do we feel like we have to stand up for God? God does not need our defense. Instead, let us become those who are quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. Let us present God with our actions, and with our lives and not quarrel with empty words that get us no where. Let’s stand firm, deeply rooted in what we believe in and let Truth present Itself. He never fails to.

God’s spirit makes us loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled. There is no law against behaving in any of these ways.
